- Summary:Bones, a darkly amusing procedural currently in its eighth season, is inspired by real-life forensic anthropologist and novelist Kathy Reichs. Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) is a highly skilled forensic anthropologist who works at the Jeffersonian Institute in Washington, D.C., and writes novels on the side. When the standard methods of identifying a body are useless (when the remains are so badly decomposed, burned or destroyed), law enforcement calls on Brennan for her uncanny ability to read clues left behind in the victim's bones. While most people can't handle Brennan's intelligence, her drive for the truth or the way she flings herself headlong into every investigation, Special Agent Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) of the FBI's Homicide Investigations Unit is an exception. A former Army sniper, Booth mistrusts science and scientists - the "squints", as he calls them - who pore over the physical evidence of a crime. But even he cannot deny that the combination of his people-smarts and Brennan's scientific acumen makes them a formidable duo. [+]more

The Corpse on the Canopy was uncharacteristically good! I haven't been drawn into a Bones episode like this in a very long time. Hope to see more like this in the future.

Seelance FTW! The best couple part from Caskett lol. I hope season 8 ends strong like all the others. I loved this show since day one tho I didn't catch it till after S8 started but I'm all caught up and up to date hoping all end well.

This show have been one of my favorites for a couple of years now... but since last season episodes have taken like for ever to air and that just ruins the excitement. I just wish the producers could do something to fix that or else I'm sure they will cancel the show before it even has the chance to come to full cycle.

Oh! And I beg to the writers, please don't rush a happy or a cliffhanger ending just because... try to make a connection, a well thought connection between the last one and passed episodes and feelings.

I'm starting hate this show. Last season was short and with very long "breaks". Now, it should be "normal" but it isn't. I HATE when they do that!!!! Bring the show back!!!
