I am about 90% sure that Robin is the going to be Barney's wife. A) If Barney's friends don't like or trust Quinn, I think they'd be doing everything they can to stop him from marrying her. B) The bride sends Lily to go find Ted; people say that it might be Quinn, but it seems that Lily is the Maid of Honor, and if Quinn and Lily weren't close, I think Quinn would send someone else to go find Ted instead of Lily. And C) I'm sure the execs are not oblivious to their show also being an Internet sensation, and with many supporters of B/R, I think they're pursuing in that direction.

If anything, I'm now 95% sure that Barney's wedding is gonna be with Robin, and not Quinn. Quinn doesn't even look good with Barney. I noticed that I have this thing for couples that are not Asian and not black to have different hair color from each other. Barney and Robin all the way. -
In agreement with knjkate Robin can't be the mother, for one he calls her Aunt Robin, and Also just a couple episodes ago she told her kids how she met their father and at the end they were imaginary. she Doesnt' have kids... I would really like robin and barney to be together.

Easily put guys....Robin is probably not the mother. I mean, look at the beginning of this episode. Ted says," I'll never forget the FIRST time I told your mother I loved her." It shows him and the mother in-front of a ticket booth. Then, he goes on to say " I hadn't said that to a girl since-" and pans out to Robin. It's as clear as that. He's told Robin he's loved her a bunch of times, but his first time telling her wasn't in-front of a ticket booth. Sorry to disappoint, Robin is most likely not the mom.

no your all stupid! robin is not the mom. they give 500 examples that prove that during the show. robin and barney are going to end up together. she said he was her husband in a previous episode talking to her fake kids. remember? ted and robin might date again, but she cant have kids so where the hell would his kids come from? duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. different person had the kids HIS WIFE.

when its all done and over ted is going to get married have kids...the mother is goin 2 die later on ...then ted gets back with robin...thats why the kids call her aunt robin cause shes not goin to be there real mom

Who said they were Ted's kids? Ted and Robin could be together, meaning their Aunt Robin is Ted's wife and they are someone else's kids. They could be a random couple we havnt even met yet, meaning we could have years of show because the kids could already be 10 when they meet them. All of your mind's = blown.

No, I'm sorry, but it cannot be Robin! If you remember when Ted became a professor he said that their mother was in the class that he started teaching one day, and Robin was definitely not in college at the time and was not in the class. And that's only one of the billion reasons why this is impossible. The writers would never make that the storyline because it's simply ridiculous and with all the evidence we have, clearly impossible.

I dont think it can be Robin. Ted already saw the ankle of the mother in Rachel's apartment and that couldn't have been Robins. And in my opinion it would ruin the show if they end up together. -

I was talking with a friend the other day and she pointed out that maybe it could be Robin. What if Ted is telling his kids this story calling their mother "Aunt Robin" so that he can tell their entire love story and then at the end he says "oh yeah kids, your mother is the person that I have been calling "Aunt Robin." After this episode,*SPOILER ALERT* with Robin moving out and Marshall saying "Not yet" it leaves the door open for her to move in with Rachel Bilson...making her thier mother. I personally don't like that idea, I think Robin and Barney would be awesome, but it is a possibility now. I guess we will have to keep watching to find out for sure!

Robin definitely isn't their mother. She doesn't play guitar or have the yellow umbrella and the whole Rachel Bilson thing happened a long time ago, it's not about to happen. Also she can't have kids and never does according to the episode where she's telling her fake kids the story so Ted's kids couldn't be hers. Also, he says that the mother was in the economics class that he accidentally started teaching so it's definitely not Robin. There are also many other reasons why this is impossible but I think this is enough proof. I don't think they're going to get back together again cause the whole Ted and Robin thing is a tired storyline.

Well, the kids are told the story of "How I met your Mother" in 2030 and they appear to be about 16, so he better hurry up and meet the mother soon, otherwise she'll have to get pregnant on the first date. It's not Robin, it is whoever lives with "Rachel Bilson". He is just lonely and sees an opportunity for something familiar with Robin.

He can't end up with Robin as he always refers to her as Aunt Robin to his kids!.. Unless they are adopted and know it seen as Robin can't have children.. Also, the "one" was a room mate of one of Ted's ex's which would suggest we are yet to see his future wife as we know where everyone lives!
