These are wonderful, healthy & very flavorful meals and there are a lot of short-cut hints that are good to know. If you're serious about cooking these meals though, you really need to go to his web site first and then you "might" be able to find some of the recipes printed out so that you can either copy them into your word processor or print them. Otherwise, you'll be typing more than listening to these shows and probably doing a fair amount of pausing so that you can catch up or properly format so that's a bummer . . . I do wish that folks who put on these cooking shows would sit and think about how the average viewer can actually use the information they are providing at home. Although, I know a lot of them are trying to sell their own cook books so I don't think they really want to make it too easy for us! It doesn't take long before you are drowning in cook books though and especially when you enjoy all sorts of food and cooking all types of food - you end up with a cook book or two for each particular type of food and pretty soon you don't have any idea where you found that silly recipe! Well, I do enjoy watching Jamie's energy!
