Summary:

In the Pressure Test Chelsea, Rachel and Ellie were given the task of recreating a sweet and sour pork and fried rice. Rather than being given the recipe, however, they were allowed only to taste the pre-prepared ‘hero dish’ and then sent to the pantry to gather whichever ingredients they saw fit. After the tasting, the judges deemed Rachel’s dish to be the best, but were forced to send Chelsea home after her disappointing offering. [+]more
