Good God what an amazing series, especially this season. I wish they could have gotten a few more seasons in but Spartacus will always be a piece of memorabilia I will never forget... FANTASTIC ENDING!

Many people hated the fact that Andy Whitfield wasn't Spartacus any more. But his dead and but he will live on in all of us (yes it sucks he didn't do more shows and movies though). But it was AWASOME to get Dustin Clare back in the show....YES.

My only problems with this show was the new Naevia who can't act, Lucretia's pointless plot and their were more dicks then in the first one. Come on man.....i don't want to see another guys junk (i always HATED that about this show..mine bigger then theirs anyway...BAWHAHAH).
As for Spartacus: Vengeance it's good to see that there not slaves anymore; but the ending was not as epic as Blood and Sand. Still i can't wait for War of the Damned. -

I WAS WATCHING SECOND SEASON AFTER 3 EPISODE I THOUGHT LETS WATCH FIRST SEASON FIRST TO UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE STORY WHEN I WAS WATCHING IT I REALLY THINK THAT NEW SPARTACUS IS WORST CHOICE FOR THE ROLE I LIKE THE FIRST SEASON ONE BUT SADLY HE DIED

First, Christian belief is deeply rooted in the trinity.
Secondly, there were two other people hanging on a cross all side Jesus. One on his right and one on his left. Jesus makes a very poitnant statement to both of them. So any Christian would not believe that cruxification was a unique death.
Three, the Bible gives an explanation for why Jesus' body was never found. Have no idea what's the case with Spartacus. -

This is not Season 3 of Spartacus, it's Season 2. Gods of the Arena was only a prequel to the first Season. But yeah, an article has been released on the STARZ website confirming that there WILL be a season 3, we jus't dont know when yet.. Can't wait though!!!

Good Show, I love seeing Romans defeated their capacity for evil has no limit. Jesus came only 50 years before sparticus and 50000 slaves were crucified in this story`s end and after the final battle sparticus` body was never found. Its the same with jesus as well his body was never found and the real truth is he was not crucified but god made it appear to the romans and jews to be so. Now the romans have the world worshiping jesus instead of god when crucifiction was actually quite prevalent even after his death. So many thousands were crucified yet still the world LAMENTS ON JESUS` SUFFERING ON THE CROSS.

So many disappointments, I held back through the entire season! Liam is flat and does not convey emotion very well unlike all the other fabulous actors in this show. I was very disappointed to see the same flat expression when he gazed upon the dead Mira, I pictured Andy who could convey any emotion with just his eyes. Too bad about the prequel (absolutely fabulous!) because Gannicus would have been perfect in the role of Spartacus, he would have been a complete physical departure I know but wow such charisma! Crixus wow again! Aenamaus, Mira Outstanding....really all them were fantastic with one exception. Season finale a slam dunk! The loss of so many main characters made for some really heart-breaking moments but thank God Gannicus will be around for a third season.

This was one of the best seasons for Spartacus. All of the actors did a wonderful job. To the actors that will not be back next season ,RIP in the afterlife. I know season 3 they will not return because it will be all about war. However season 4, it would be great if a few can return to make the show interesting. Afterlife interesting. Remember THE GODS can do anything? Lucretia spinoff?

don't you find disturbing that all arab characters in the show are "bad" people? Look at ashur, he is disgusting, a traitor, a coward, a liar and so on. The egyptian is also a bad guy, doesn't speak, he is not human. Then there is the other syrian, the homosexual, he can't fight, he is weak and he is ... homosexual.

Wow! I was waiting for you to screw this up. Even though you have been true to the real history of Spartacus, I really thought you would do some Hollywood shiggady and mess this finale up... But... Bravo, bravo, it was like reading the history when they were on the mountain, and the Roman thinking they would starve and be defeated but they climbed down on the vines to ironically defeat the Romans (just like the historical accounts), I was speechless. You were so true to the story. And to actually have Naevia kill Ashur, didn't see it coming. I am so proud that I watched this finale and this season, because I was missing the original actor (may he R.I.P). But Liam (although I wasn't receptive in the beginning) you stepped up and fulfilled the role. I can't say anything else but bravo, bravo. I don't know what you will do to top this Starz, or if Spartacus will come back for another season, but my hat is off to you tonight, I loved it!
